Delivery Information

All Orders Placed On Weekdays

All orders placed before 4pm for within the surrounding area of the M25 will be out for delivery the following day, except for orders placed on a friday, than the delivery will be carried out on the following monday (except when the following working day falls on a bank holiday, then it shall be carried out on the next working day). All deliveries will be made upto 4pm in and round London, if you require an out of hours delivery to site this will be a chargeable and when the order is acknowledged we will inform you of the charges by email and await your acknowledgement by email / phone before proceeding with the delivery.

All orders placed on a weekday for delivery on a saturday will have to be within the central london area.  Unless prior arrangement has been made with you or it is only possible for you to take delivery at the weekend.

All Orders Placed At The Weekend

For all orders placed on a saturday/sunday will be acknowledged on the following monday and depending upon the area will be delivered in the following 24-48hrs if within the surrounding M25 area. Any orders outside of this area will be acknowledged and at the same time we will inform you of when to expect the delivery to site.

Emergency Deliveries

As many of our clients in the past have had un-expected emergancies on site, we do run an emergancy service to aid yourselves in your hour of need. Once you have set up an account with ourselves will make you aware of the out of hours contact numbers and the out of hours charges for this service.
